“Vintega Lovers” activation – Rules
This activation is without obligation to purchase.
A purchase will not increase the chances of winning.
The terms and conditions of the "Vintega Lovers" activation (hereinafter "the Activation") are provided for in these regulations (hereinafter the "Regulations"). Any violation of one or more stipulations of the Rules may, at Vintega's discretion, result in the exclusion of the participant from the Activation.
Article 1. Organization of the Activation
Organizing company: Vintega SAS, simplified joint stock company with share capital of 10|Icon|11|Icon €611.00, registered in the Nanterre Trade and Companies Register under number B 878 059 526 whose head office is located at 30 rue de Palestro, 75002 Paris, which markets luxury second-hand leather goods under the brand Vintega (hereinafter “Vintega”).
Duration: Monday January 1 2023 as of December 31 2023 at 8:00 a.m. (hereinafter the “Duration”).
Subject: The Regulations determine the conditions and terms of the free Activation with no obligation to purchase “Vintega Lovers”, by which Vintega offers all participants respecting the conditions of participation over the Duration a voucher worth of one hundred euros all taxes included (€100 incl. VAT) valid 12|Icon month, can only be combined with promotions, in the form of a unique promotional code, on the official website www.vintega.eu.
Article 2. Terms of participation
Activation is exclusively open to Instagram users who are adults in their country on the day of their registration, who have access to an internet connection and have a valid email address, with the exception of employees and representatives of Vintega, its partners, and its subcontractors, as well as their advisers and family members (hereinafter the “Participants”). By participating in the Activation, the Participant authorizes Vintega to use its content on its official website www.vintega.eu and on all media known or unknown to date, including the internet and social networks, without this use giving rise to to any consideration other than the €100 (one hundred euros) voucher obtained in the form of a unique promotional code, for the purpose of promoting the results of the Activation.
To be able to participate in the Activation and win the €100 voucher to be redeemed on the website (as defined below in Article 4), Participants must cumulatively:
- subscribe to account instagram-icon|Instagram @vintegaofficial (https://www.instagram.com/vintegaofficial/),
- publish a photo post of a piece purchased on Vintega or of a look including at least one piece purchased on vintega.eu on their account instagram-icon|Instagram in public mode until the end of the Activation,
- tag the @vintegaofficial account on their post;
Posts meeting all of the above conditions are hereinafter referred to as “Posts”.
Posts uploaded before or after the Term will not be considered.
The number of posts by the Participant will not be limited, the Participant can post their content at their convenience and freely and all of them can be taken into account for reposting on our various digital communication channels. The voucher will however only be offered once, during the first post tagged with the hashtag #VintegaLovers including the bag purchased on Vintega.eu, and will be valid 12|Icon months from its issue. By participating in the Activation, the Participant accepts these Rules.
Article 3. Designation of content reposted on our channels
3.1. All Participants whose post meets the conditions mentioned above may be reposted on Vintega's digital media. Reposted visuals will be selected by the Vintega Social Media & Brand Content team each day during the Activation Term, and may be posted at any time during this same Term.
3.2. Each Participant will be informed by private message instagram-icon|Instagram. And a Participant : ([items]) cannot be contacted; (ii) does not respond within seven (7) days following the day Vintega attempts to contact him and/or (iii) refuses the prize described in Article 4, the latter definitively waives the rights to win and receive the prize, its content will not be reposted and another Participant will be designated. After contacting the Participant and verifying that he or she meets all the terms of participation of the Activation by submitting in particular to any additional verifications required by Vintega, the Participant is definitively validated and designated as “Person having created repostable content by Vintega”.
Article 4. Lot
4.1 The prize will be awarded to each of the “Persons who have created repostable content by Vintega”, who must be Participants who meet the conditions of participation.
4.2 The prize consists of: one (1) single voucher worth one hundred euros all taxes included (€100 incl. VAT), combinable with current promotions, valid twelve (12|Icon) months from its issue, on the official website https://www.vintega.eu .
This voucher is personal and cannot be exchanged or given as cash consideration. It is valid for a period of twelve (12|Icon) months from its issue, (hereinafter the “Lot”).
Article 5. Lot Delivery
“People who have created repostable content by Vintega” will be contacted by private message instagram-icon|Instagram on their account within seven (7) working days from their designation and will receive their purchase voucher within ten (10|Icon|11|Icon) working days from confirmation of their contact details.
Due to acceptance of the Lot, each “Person who has created content that can be reposted by Vintega” authorizes Vintega to use their first name and/or pseudonym instagram-icon|Instagram, and its post including the identification @vintegaofficial on all media known or unknown to date, in particular the internet and social networks, without this use being able to give rise to any compensation other than the Lot won, for the purposes of promoting the Activation results.
Each Participant who participated in the #VintegaLovers Activation on instagram-icon|Instagram, having tagged us, authorizes Vintega to reuse its content created for the occasion on all media known or unknown to date, in particular the internet and social networks, without this use giving rise to any compensation other than the Lot mentioned above, for the purposes of promoting the results of the Activation.
Vintega cannot be held responsible for delays, losses, damage, malfunction of the Internet network or the computer equipment of Participants. The Lot not used during its period of validity will be null and void and will remain acquired by Vintega.
Article 6. Processing of personal data
Any personal data collected by Vintega remains confidential and subject to the Privacy Policy / processing of personal data available on https://www.vintega.eu .
Article 7. Special conditions for publications
It is strictly forbidden for Participants to publish or post any texts, statements, quotes, photographs, images or more generally any obscene, defamatory content, in violation of the intellectual property rights or any other right of a third party, or legal provisions and regulations.
Participants undertake to respect all of the conditions of use of the application and website. instagram-icon|Instagram, available at the following link: https://help.instagram.com/.
Article 8. Miscellaneous provisions
VINTEGA SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE RESULTING FROM ACCEPTANCE OF THE LOT.
Vintega declines all responsibility for any loss, delay, error, in particular due to a failure of computer equipment, software, Internet browsers, computer networks or Internet connection.
Vintega reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any Participant who attempts to interfere with the course of the Activation, in particular by using a robot or any automated process or false account.
Vintega reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the Activation if it is unable to complete the Activation due to a force majeure event, or any bug, virus, intrusion or technical error.
Activation and Settlement are subject to French law.
Article 9. Computing and Freedoms
The personal information collected as part of this Activation is processed in accordance with the Data Protection Act No. 78–17 of January 6, 1978 as amended by Law No. 2018–493 of June 20. 2018. All Participants in the Activation have, in application of article 106 of the amended law, a right of access or rectification to the data concerning them. Any request for access, rectification or opposition must be addressed to the Vintega company.
Article 10|Icon|11|Icon. Literary and Artistic Property Rights
In accordance with the laws governing literary and artistic property rights, the reproduction and representation of all or part of the elements making up this activation are strictly prohibited. The brands mentioned are registered trademarks of their respective owners.
